Wedding Bar and Private Events

Whether you’re hosting a big birthday bash, want a Wedding bar or entertaining your staff, we have a package that will suit you.

Our booking fee to secure your date is £175, which is non refundable and required at time of booking. Minimum of 50 guests.

Purchase a relevant Drinks Package and your booking fee will be refunded. Check out our drinks packages for your wedding bar below.

THE CASH BAR

Nice & simple. We charge your guests for their drinks.

THE HOSTS BAR

Put an amount behind the bar, or buy some Tipsy Tokens, to let guests enjoy a drink on you.

THE OPEN BAR

Guests will not be charged and we will settle up with you after the event.

  • Guests can enjoy an open bar. We require an £800 deposit up front, that will be deducted from your final bill.

The hire cost is £250 which is non-refundable and payable on booking.

We have now taken off the minimum spend limit. Instead we have a minimum guest policy of 40 guests. If you have less than this please contact us.

THE CASH BAR: we arrive on the day and charge your guests by card (we can take all major card payments in the middle of a field – not a problem!)

THE HOST BAR: lets say you want to contribute £500 to pay for your guests drinks. We will keep a running tab throughout your event so guests can enjoy drinks on you up until the agreed amount and then we can revert to a cash bar. We can provide you with an itemised receipt for your spend.

THE OPEN BAR: your guests will not be charged and we settle up directly with you at the end of your event. There is a minimum spend deposit of £800 for this option. 

We will refund the booking fee paid, on relevant packages purchased. This is valid on specified drinks packages, and valid for packages for 50 or more guests. The booking fee will be deducted from the drinks package invoice we will send 8 weeks before the wedding.

Yes, as part of the hire, we provide two fully trained smartly dressed members of staff. At least one member of staff will be a Personal License Holder.  Dependent on the number of guests at your event, (over 150) additional staff may be required. Contact us for details.

We work with you to create a bespoke drinks menu for your event, including:

  • Draft beer and cider

  • Cask Real Ale*

  • Craft bottled beers, ciders, lagers and ales

  • Spirits including small-batch Gins, Rum, Whiskeys

  • Cocktails & Mocktails (we can also create bespoke cocktails for your event!)

  • Wines and Prosecco

  • Soft drinks

*We are delighted to be able to offer Real Ale. This will either be served from a bag in a box (36 pints), or a 9 gallon cask (72 pints) Please note, this is supplied “bright” meaning it does not have to settle for 24 hours before we serve.  This does mean that it will only last for your event.  Therefore, if there is any residual product remaining at the end of your event this will be charged to you at £1.50 per pint and invoiced to you on the first working day following your event.

Not necessarily. Providing the space is big enough and we can access inside the building we can go wherever you need us to. This could be in a Barn, Marquee or simply the grand entrance to your favourite venue. We can speak to the venue beforehand to arrange access and check suitability on your behalf. 

Yes, we are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance and a food hygiene rating.

Our standard hire is up to 8 hours. We will try and serve as long as you want us, however; we have to be guided by local licensing authorities and venue restrictions. We will discuss this with you in advance.
